Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and should reach you in 3 to 7 days.

Taxes & duties for domestic orders

Important information
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.

We use DHL Express or Fedex for all international orders. Items that are in stock and shipping from our warehouse are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and should reach you in 7 to 15 days.

Taxes & customs duties for International orders
Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
Important information
- Any part cancellation of the order may attract shipping charges on the balance order
- Any documents required by the local authorities (residing country) for customs clearance, will have to be arranged by the customer. In case of non-availability of the document, if the delivery of the order is denied by the local authorities, Anctuar will not be liable for any refund.
- Duty, as mandated by your country of shipment, will have to be borne by you. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Anctuar will not be able to entertain a request for a refund
- International orders are eligible for exchanges and returns only in case of any issues in terms of quality. If you receive a damaged product we will send you a replacement or arrange for refund based on product availability.
